The pending ETH validator queue keeps going up and up (91,708 now) while the exit queue is completely empty. Can it remain this way long term?
It will disincentivize new validators from entering the queue? It “should” naturally fluctuate back to a more sustainable level.
I agree, it may be a slight disincentivize in the short term, but will eventually reverse and so will demand.
